4.1 China stands ready to deepen dialogue, cooperation, exchanges and mutual learning in AI with Africa. We will explore and empower AI to play a bigger role in the public sector, promote intelligent technologies that benefits all of humanity, build a China-Africa community with a shared future in cyberspace, and join hands for a brighter "digital future".
4.2 China will put into practice the Global AI Governance Initiative by carrying out communication, exchanges and pragmatic cooperation with Africa on addressing AI-related risks and security governance standardization to jointly prevent the abusive use of AI technologies.
4.3 China will continue to deeply engage with UN, G20 and BRICS in AI governance, and strengthen position coordination with African countries for joint formulation of global AI governance rules.
5.Action for online media cooperation
5.1 China stands ready to deepen exchanges with African online media for pragmatic cooperation by establishing effective mechanism. We will step up cooperation in joint interview and exchange of products, speak for the China-Africa friendship story-wise, and well communicate to the public the achievements made in promoting high-quality Belt and Road cooperation between China and Africa.
5.2 China is willing to get together the young, the media and thinktanks for joint coverage of regional and international affairs through enhanced cooperation in local channelization and personnel exchanges.
5.3 China is ready to scale up cooperation with Africa in talent development and technological innovation, promote the development of online media and platforms of both sides, and work hand in hand for the development of an all-round media communication system, so as to jointly shape a global communication order that is more open, inclusive and just.
